About The Position

Feldspar Trucking, a division of Trimac, is a family-run trucking company specializing in hauling bulk commodities. With a legacy beginning in 1967, they have consistently served long-standing customers with exceptional service. This position is based in North Carolina and offers a new pay package, steady freight, and reliable workload. Drivers can expect to haul dry bulk commodities such as Sand, Limestone, Feldspar, and Gypsum, picking up loads throughout NC, TN, and surrounding areas, and delivering to customers across TN, GA, SC, and NC. The role involves consistent regional freight with established customer lanes and requires weekly overnight travel, with drivers returning home a couple of times a week to enjoy weekends at home.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
Ability to successfully pass Trimac safety assessment
Previous mountain driving experience required
Previous winter driving experience required
Past 7 years without: Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances
Past 7 years without: A preventable rollover or fatality crash
Past 3 years without: License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety
Past 3 years without: A major preventable accident
Past 3 years without: Two or more moving convictions
