This is a flat-rate position eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives.

Requirements

• All skill levels welcome, from entry-level to experienced technicians.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech shop.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Ability to utilize provided personal laptops and scan tools.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Journeyman Technician.
• Experience as a Light Duty Technician.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and repair work on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
• Utilize provided scan tools and laptops for diagnostics.
• Work efficiently in a climate-controlled shop environment.
• Collaborate with foremen and certified technicians for guidance and learning.
• Maintain a high level of productivity to ensure nonstop work and opportunity.
