Requirements

Certified Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Technician (current FCA/Stellantis certifications preferred)
Minimum 2 years of professional automotive technician experience
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence
All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
Accurately document services performed and recommendations for customers
Follow factory and dealership repair procedures and safety standards
Collaborate with service advisors and teammates to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Stay current with factory certifications and ongoing training

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days
Up to an additional $2,000 bonus after 180 days based on performance and certification level
