About The Position

The CCTV Field Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing CCTV/camera systems. This includes diagnosing hardware, connectivity, IP, and power-related issues. The technician will also configure and support NVR and camera systems, perform low-voltage testing using a multimeter, and coordinate repair timing with schedulers. Processing RMAs, shipping faulty equipment, installing replacement cameras, documenting work, uploading photos, and managing tickets are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Hands‑on experience with CCTV / camera systems
  • Layer 1 networking knowledge, including setting up static IP addresses
  • Experience troubleshooting low‑voltage systems
  • Proficient using a multimeter to determine hardware vs. connectivity vs. power issues
