Help create the experiences that shape the TCNJ student journey! This role supports Orientation, Welcome Week, transfer student programming, leadership initiatives, and programs that connect students to meaningful co-curricular opportunities. The Co-Curricular & Leadership Development Intern(s) assists with planning, communication, and implementation of programs including Orientation, Winter Orientation, Welcome Week, Exit Strategy, TCNJ Votes, LeaderShape, and PawPrint (TCNJ’s co-curricular record). Student employees will support leadership initiatives and transition programs that help students engage with the TCNJ community from their first year through graduation.
