As a CCLCM Education Coordinator II, you will coordinate the design and development of education programs for the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. In this role, you will primarily support faculty and the Medical Student Performance Review Committee (MSPRC) by overseeing student portfolios, assessments, and recommendations for progression throughout the medical education program. You will collaborate with the Dean of Assessment and Evaluation to monitor student progress through the e-Portfolio system, identify and report concerns, and assist with the coordination and processing of student assessment forms. You will support MSPRC operations by scheduling and coordinating committee meetings, preparing meeting minutes, assisting with portfolio reviews during March, April, and June, and providing guidance to faculty regarding the review process. Additionally, you will assist the MSPRC Chair with drafting and editing student-related documentation and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to enhance awareness of program initiatives and address issues impacting educational programs. A caregiver in this role works a hybrid schedule from 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. with flexibility in start and end times. This position requires 3–4 days on-site and 1–2 days remote.
