About The Position

Pape' Machinery, a leading capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a driven and competitive CCE Specialist to join their sales team in the Spokane Region. This role offers a lucrative sales career with unlimited earning potential, focusing on selling and renting compact construction equipment. The specialist will leverage technology to enhance customer efficiency and profitability, aiming to build market share within the Spokane, Stevens, Ferry, and Lincoln counties. The position involves working within a defined territory, building relationships with new and existing customers, and utilizing a company sales vehicle.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of previous sales experience.
  • Knowledge of construction equipment.
  • Knowledge of Compact Equipment (CCE).
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Experience operating equipment and heavy-duty pickup/trailer combination.

Nice To Haves

  • Financing background preferred.
