About The Position

The CCC Technician II is responsible for the hardware assembly and software programming of physical security and network devices. This role involves communicating with internal and external customers to develop and deploy customer-specific software configurations, coordinating and maintaining daily production requirements, and performing new order assessments to determine completion requirements, including networking, First Article process, and associated testing. The position requires maintaining exceptional quality standards, fulfilling reporting and documentation requirements, and undertaking special projects as requested by management. The CCC Technician II also provides support to CCC Team Leads as necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Technical degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities
  • Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be open to change
  • Must possess good number aptitude and reconciliation skills
  • Must be detail oriented and accurate
  • Must be technically oriented and possess a good working knowledge of IP network setup, Microsoft software usage and deployment

Nice To Haves

  • A+, Network+, or other technical cert is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for hardware assembly and software programming of physical security and network devices such as cameras, NVRs, access points, switches, etc.
  • Responsible for communicating with internal and external customers to develop and deploy customer specific software configurations
  • Responsible for coordinating and maintaining daily production requirements
  • Responsible for performing new order assessment and determining requirements for order completion including networking requirements, First Article process and associated testing
  • Responsible for maintaining exceptional quality standards
  • Responsible for reporting and documentation requirements
  • Responsible for performing special projects and other miscellaneous duties as requested by management
  • Provides support for all CCC Team Leads as necessary
