Brightpoint invites you to join our team of mission-driven staff who share a common vision: an equitable world where all children and families thrive in strong communities. As a leader in the human services sector for 140 years, we aim to advance the well-being of children by investing in families and strengthening communities through data-informed, collaborative, and preventative solutions. As a CCAP Eligibility Specialist, you'll play an important role in helping families access affordable child care so they can work, attend school, and pursue their goals with confidence. Every day, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact by guiding families through the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) and connecting them with resources that support their success. In this rewarding position, you'll build strong relationships with families, child care providers, and the Illinois Department of Early Childhood (IDEC). You'll help determine eligibility, maintain accurate case records, and ensure families receive timely access to benefits that support children's growth, learning, and well-being. We are committed to setting you up for success. New team members participate in a comprehensive 10-12 weeks onboarding and training program that includes personalized one-on-one coaching from a Lead CCAP Trainer, hands-on learning experiences, and ongoing support from supervisors and colleagues. From day one, you'll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to helping you grow and thrive in your career.
