About The Position
The Senior CCaaS Engineer architects, optimizes, and supports DaVita’s cloud-based communication ecosystem, serving as a primary subject matter expert for NICE CXone. The role focuses on enhancing complex, existing architectures, improving system performance, integrating enterprise platforms, and advancing the adoption of next-generation AI and voice technologies. The engineer also provides high-level mentorship to engineering teams and leads root-cause resolution for major events across the contact center landscape.
