The position involves reviewing company data reports, analyzing market trends to build and lead company tactics, and increasing sales. Key responsibilities include producing revenue forecasts, devising methods for accurate predictions, and designing and implementing sales strategies to ensure profitability and continued revenue growth. The role also requires monitoring the accuracy and distribution of sales reports, providing input on sales incentive compensation, training, and data management programs, and staying current on industry trends in learning solutions. Additionally, the manager will mentor, develop, and coach talent. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, with the ability to report to a local office. Up to 25% domestic travel is required.
