As a CBRN Operational SME, you’ll bring your field CBRN operations expertise, leadership, and tactical planning skills to support Air Force nuclear and CWMD mission preparedness for operations. You’ll use your experience to plan, assess, and deliver CBRN operational support strategies that enhance mission success while mitigating risks in CBRN environments. Requirements
- Experience delivering strategic-level operational support for field CBRN operations, including planning and execution of readiness programs
- Knowledge of CBRND tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) aligned with Air Force mission priorities
- Ability to coordinate with mission and delivery teams to assess risks, design readiness strategies, and execute operational frameworks supporting Air Force CWMD objectives
- Top Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Experience conducting joint and coalition CBRN defense operations supporting Combatant Commands or similar high-level military mission requirements
- Knowledge of CBRND doctrine, framework development aligned with treaty compliance, and multi-domain readiness planning within mission areas
- Ability to lead training events, live simulations, and workshops to improve resilience and mission preparation in contested chemical and biological environments
- Bachelor’s degree in CBRND, Environmental Sciences, or Military Studies
