As a CBRN Operational SME, you’ll bring your field CBRN operations expertise, leadership, and tactical planning skills to support Air Force nuclear and C WMD mission preparedness for operations. You’ll use your experience to plan, assess, and deliver CBRN operational support strategies that enhance mission success while mitigating risks in CBRN environments. Requirements
- Experience delivering strategic-level operational support for field CBRN operations, including planning and execution of readiness programs
- Knowledge of CBRND tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) aligned with Air Force mission priorities
- Ability to coordinate with mission and delivery teams to assess risks, design readiness strategies, and execute operational frameworks supporting Air Force C WMD objectives
- Top Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Experience conducting joint and coalition CBRN defense operations supporting Combatant Commands or similar high-level military mission requirements
- Knowledge of CBRN D doctrine, framework development aligned with treaty compliance, and multi-domain readiness planning within mission areas
- Ability to lead training events, live simulations, and workshops to improve resilience and mission preparation in contested chemical and biological environments
- Bachelor’s degree in CBRN D, Environmental Sciences, or Military Studies
