About The Position
This is a pipeline position designed to build a strong pool of qualified candidates for upcoming openings. While we regularly hire for CNA roles, specific shift availability is not guaranteed at the time of application. We accept applications on an ongoing basis to maintain an active candidate pipeline. This posting is intended to support future staffing needs, and immediate placement is not guaranteed. Candidates selected from this pool will be contacted as shifts become available.
Requirements
- Active CBRF Certificate
- At least 1 year of medication administration and caregiving experience
Responsibilities
- Administer medications in accordance with CBRF regulations.
- Accurately document medication administration, monitor residents for changes in condition, and report concerns.
- Provide reassurance and support to residents overnight.
- Maintain a safe, calm, and respectful environment.
- Communicate effectively with nursing and leadership teams.
