About The Position

At ServiceNet's Work Crew Community Based Day Supports (CBDS) program, we are committed to supporting adults with developmental disabilities to build independence, confidence, and real-world skills in their communities. Using Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies and a person-centered approach, our staff work collaboratively to create empowering environments that grow with the needs and goals of those we serve. As Program Director, you will lead the daily operations of the Work Crew CBDS Program, ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and strong staff leadership — while fostering a culture of respect, creativity, and personal growth. This role requires active RBT certification as a condition of employment.

Requirements

  • RBT certification required (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
  • Ability to maintain RBT ethics and supervision requirements.
  • MAP, PABC, CPR/First Aid certifications required (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or complex behavioral needs.
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Ability to pass CORI and background checks.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree in a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or complex behavioral needs.
  • Experience in CBDS, day program, or community-based services.
  • Familiarity with DDS regulations, HSCIS documentation, and data-based decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Support the successful launch of the CBDS program, including site setup, hiring, and staff training.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with DDS licensing, CBDS regulations, and all documentation standards.
  • Lead, teach, and model best practices for staff using PBS strategies and behavior support frameworks.
  • Oversee daily scheduling, staffing ratios, and program structure across Work-Focused and Life Skills-Focused tracks.
  • Coordinate coverage during staff absences.
  • Organize and lead regular program staff meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.
  • Guide Behavioral Support & Training – Coach, train, and support program staff in behavior plan implementation, clinical protocols, and best practices, serving as a liaison with the clinical team and families.
  • Ensure Clinical Quality & Data Integrity – Collect, review, and maintain accurate behavioral data and clinical documentation while supporting staff in proper data-collection practices.
  • Support ISPs & Risk Management – Participate in ISP development, assist with assessments and crisis planning, and respond to behavioral incidents using approved interventions and reporting procedures.
  • Maintain Ethical & Regulatory Compliance – Adhere to RBT ethical standards, supervision and scope-of-practice requirements, and ensure program operations meet all clinical, regulatory, and documentation expectations.
  • Contribute actively to ISP reviews, treatment team meetings, and individualized planning, including goals, behavior plans, and safety plans.
  • Maintain agency certifications and documentation standards.
