About The Position

Randall Offsite Construction (Pods) is currently seeking a qualified Caulker / Framer / Finisher to work in our Apopka, FL headquarters and production facility. This role ensures safe and effective caulking practices to high standards, steel framing experience, hanging and finishing drywall. Can support fellow employees through development and communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience finishing high-end interiors
• Strong attention to detail
• Painting experience
• Steel Framing Experience
• Finished Drywall Experience
• Ability to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds
• Ability to stand on feet for several hours at a time
• Ability to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job
• Ability to respond quickly to sounds
• Ability to see and respond to dangerous situations
• Ability to properly wear personal protective gear
