About The Position

McDonell Area Catholic Schools (MACS) is seeking passionate educators for the 2026-2027 school year to guide students in spiritual and emotional growth while fostering academic success through best educational practices and current technology. The role involves collaborating within a whole-school instructional team, reviewing student achievement data, and working closely with individual students. Applicants will be evaluated on their ability to communicate effectively, subject matter expertise, and instructional strategy flexibility. This position is located at St. Charles Elementary School.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Wisconsin teaching license in Elementary Education, or possess a bachelor’s degree and be on a pathway to licensure
• Committed to the mission and vision of McDonell Area Catholic Schools
