About The Position
Fox Bros. BBQ is an award-winning barbecue restaurant known for its slow-smoked meats, Southern hospitality, and top-notch catering services. We are looking for energetic and dedicated individuals to join our Catering Team and help deliver the best BBQ experience to our guests at off-site events and catering orders.
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, food service, or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if driving for deliveries)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation, packaging, and loading of catering orders
- Deliver and set up food at various event locations
- Ensure all catering orders are complete, accurate, and presented professionally
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients during events
- Assist with on-site food service, including buffet setup, serving, and cleanup
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering supplies and vehicles
- Follow food safety and handling procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
