About The Position
The Catering Team Member works as a member of the catering staff for catering events, banquets, weddings, concessions, and other events. The Catering Team member is responsible for assisting in the layout of catering venues, setting patron tables, food stations, banquet lines, accommodating guests, service and replenishing of food and beverages, removal of dirty dishes and other items, removal of equipment from venue, and cleaning, return and organization of all equipment in storage. We are on the lookout for that person that is not afraid to get their hands dirty while setting up and taking down equipment, knows the definition of legendary service and has a passion for providing great food and an energetic vibe, Phil's BBQ is the place for you.
