Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Scheduled days and times may vary based on business needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of staying on task and focused to meet timelines of service.
  • Ability to travel to various locations as needed.
  • Ability to go up and down stairs.
  • Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time in varied climate conditions.
  • Ability to carry and lift up to 50 lbs. at times.
  • Ability to work with team members in a respectful and courteous manner.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Set up the event space properly: may include buffet setup, food preparation, table setups and sanitation areas if needed.
  • Ensure that any and all tableware including glasses, silverware, plates, etc. are polished and presentable.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that might arise on site.
  • Provide exemplary quality, consistency, and customer service throughout the event.
  • Coordinate logistics with other servers and supervisors throughout the event.
  • Adhere to service timelines.
  • Maintain high standards of food presentation, plating, and serving.
  • Break down set up, leaving the client's space better than it was found.
  • Maintain sanitation standards.
  • Properly return all equipment back to the restaurant in a timely manner and to the proper place.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
