About The Position
Assisting with events in the catering department which includes primarily responsible for set up, service, break down and cleanup of functions or areas on campus. Gathering and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to the scheduled locations. Cleans and packs unused food dishes, utensils and equipment for safe removal to appropriate locations, handles trash and waste properly. Helping the guests find what they need, while keeping all work areas looking clean and tidy. Following directions from a Captain or Catering Staffing Company lead is a must.
