About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Banquet Servers. As a vital part of our event team, you will ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience while contributing to the seamless setup and execution of events. If you’re passionate about hospitality and excel at delivering courteous, professional service, this role is for you.

Requirements

• Must have ability to work the Holiday Season (December 1st - December 28th)
• Ability to lift and move up to 30lbs as well as reach, bend, twist, and kneel.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in catering, hospitality, or the culinary industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of banquet operations, room setup, and food service best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a professional and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with proper table service etiquette, bussing techniques, and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with a smile and maintain a pleasant demeanor throughout the event.
• Prepare banquet rooms to meet event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, décor, and any required event materials.
• Ensure that the room setup aligns with event plans and is visually appealing and functional.
• Serve food and beverages professionally, ensuring timely and attentive service while observing and anticipating guest needs.
• Keep tables clear between courses and ensure beverages are refilled throughout the meal.
• Handle guest concerns or special requests promptly, escalating to a supervisor when necessary.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables efficiently during and after events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in workspaces and adhere to food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Complete assigned side work and additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
