About The Position

We’re looking for a Catering Sales Manager who wants to build a career, driving business results with the Chick-fil-A brand in our local community. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through catering sales, community partnerships, and guest engagement initiatives. This role oversees the full sales process, from lead generation and relationship development to conversion and long-term account growth, while partnering closely with Restaurant Leadership and Marketing support resources. This individual plays a key role in strengthening Chick-fil-A’s presence in the community by building meaningful relationships and ensuring a high level of care and service in every interaction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales, hospitality, customer service, or relationship management experience
  • Proven ability to manage a pipeline and follow through on multiple priorities
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to build trust and relationships in a service-driven environment
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based role with clear expectations
  • Willingness to work in both outside catering sales and inside restaurant operations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in food service, hospitality, or community-based sales is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full catering and group sales process from inquiry through order fulfillment
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, healthcare organizations, and community partners
  • Develop and execute a structured follow-up system to ensure timely communication and a strong guest experience
  • Partner with Restaurant Leadership and Marketing to support outreach initiatives and local growth strategies
  • Conduct professional, hospitality-driven interactions that reflect Chick-fil-A standards
  • Track and monitor key performance metrics including catering sales, conversion rates, and repeat business
  • Ensure consistent execution of processes that support accuracy, reliability, and guest satisfaction
