Delivery Drivers are expected to uphold Chick-fil-A's standards both inside and outside the restaurant while representing our team with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity. This position requires individuals who are dependable, self-motivated, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering exceptional hospitality.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license.
Clean and acceptable driving record.
Reliable transportation (until E-Quads become primary delivery vehicles).
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Download and maintain all required restaurant applications.
Have access to their Chick-fil-A account credentials.
Successfully set up and test all required delivery applications before their first scheduled delivery shift.
Complete all required onboarding and training assignments.
Must be willing and able to operate an E-Quad.

Responsibilities

Deliver guest orders safely, accurately, and on time.
Provide exceptional hospitality during every guest interaction.
Protect food quality during transportation.
Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Complete assigned downtime tasks when deliveries are unavailable.
Communicate effectively with restaurant leadership and team members.
Operate Chick-fil-A E-Quads.
Complete deliveries during various weather conditions, including rain, while following all safety guidelines.
Participate in ongoing driving record monitoring.
Clean and organize delivery cubes.
Ensure delivery equipment is clean, organized, and properly plugged in.
Stock the delivery staging area.
Assist with bagging and preparing guest orders.
Change E-Quad batteries.
Clean delivery vehicles and equipment.
Support restaurant operations wherever needed.
