Position Summary:

Requirements

  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in a Sales or Catering office capacity
  • Know the New York Market and can proactively prospect
  • Must be computer literate and have excellent Microsoft Office and internet skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, ability to multi-task in fast paced Environment and professional appearance is required
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated and an excellent team player
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Can negotiate agreements
  • Good time management skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Knowledge of overall hotel operations and how they affect each department

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality is a plus
  • Knowledge of Delphi is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Leadership – demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
  • Planning – ability to think ahead and plan over a step a one-to two-year time span
  • Management – ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
