About The Position
The Catering Sales Manager is an integral part of the revenue generation of a hotel. You will be responsible for soliciting past and new business and ensuring guests are satisfied.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years in hotel sales or comparable experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Must be a people person.
- Must work professionally and positively with guests and clients at all times.

- Familiarity with the catering industry.
Responsibilities
- Sell guest rooms, catering services, and banquet facilities to guests.
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients.
- Conduct site inspections.
- Network through participation in community and professional associations, activities and events.
