The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for marketing, advertising, and promoting the hotel's catering capabilities, soliciting business for catering functions, providing catering and banquet services to groups with meeting room and catering needs, and overseeing the servicing of clients. Primary duties consist of performing office or non-manual work directly related to management or general business operations. Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.
