About The Position
Montgomery Café & Catering is seeking a Catering Sales Coordinator to join their team and help expand outreach and build lasting relationships with clients. This role will support the leadership team by coordinating all aspects of catering operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient event execution. Montgomery Café & Catering prides itself on creating memorable experiences through exceptional catering services at the RSA Activity Center, hosting events from small luncheons and meetings to large corporate events and weddings.

Responsibilities
- Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all event details, special requests, and expectations are communicated accurately
- Assisting with menu planning, event logistics, staffing assignments, and service timelines
- Resolving client concerns and service challenges professionally and efficiently
- Collaborating with culinary, operations, and service teams to ensure successful event execution
