This position is a Full-Time opening that requires open availability for flexible scheduling. Our store is open from 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 7 days a week and is CLOSED for all major holidays! Job Summary: Responsible for the preparation, assembly, garnishing, and packaging of various dishes within the catering department. Also responsible for occasional offsite catering support for events.

Requirements

  • High School education or equivalent is required
  • Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience is strongly preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills, outgoing, friendly, and welcoming demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the dining room and surrounding area.
  • Complies with all portion sizes, quality, ingredient standards, department rules, policies and procedures.
  • Follows recipe specifications to prepare menu items in accordance with pre-determined costs.
  • Prepares items for cooking by peeling, paring, coring, portioning, washing, sectioning, zesting, cutting, or scoring.
  • Covers, dates and neatly stores and rotates all products.
  • Provides excellent customer service to our banquet guests
  • Maintains buffet as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
