Requirements

- Availability for various shifts, including weekdays and weekends
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is essential due to event scheduling
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to health standards
- Support food preparation activities and assist with event service
- Collaborate with culinary team on food plating and presentation
- Perform regular kitchen maintenance and equipment upkeep
- Execute daily cleaning protocols for all kitchen areas
- Manage waste disposal and maintain sanitary storage conditions
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, including walk-in refrigerators and freezers
