About The Position
Established, Michigan Based Catering Company is looking to add a Catering Operations Manager to the team. You will be an integral part of the company providing memorable and positive events in the hospitality industry!
Requirements
- The role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move intermittently throughout the workday.
Responsibilities
- Create and/or maintain strong and positive relationships with venue clients.
- Attend company meetings including, but not limited to BEO, operations and quarterly meetings
- Review event profiles (BEOs) and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and execution plans.
- Support onsite event execution as needed and provide post-event operational feedback and improvements.
- Execute events
- Maintain accurate inventory
- Assess current SOP's and develop or implement new ones as required.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
