The position requires oversight of Sodexo resources, recipes, systems, and catering programs to direct daily catering events, including food production, inventory, deliveries, invoices, and procurement. It also involves managing the sales process for catering and conference services, working with clients to design events, ensuring employees have the necessary resources, and maintaining a safe work environment in compliance with regulatory and Sodexo standards. The role emphasizes a Zero Harm mindset and compliance with budget requirements through cost control. Supervision of employees includes delegating, assigning, prioritizing activities, and monitoring operating standards.
