About The Position

In this role, you will be instrumental in the success of the hotel's catering operations by actively pursuing and securing new business, responding to client inquiries, and overseeing the coordination of food, beverage, and event facility services. The Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is a luxurious oceanfront retreat with 290 rooms, an expansive pool terrace, a fitness center, a spa, over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 5 food and beverage outlets. As a Catering Manager, you are not just overseeing the planning and execution of catered events – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel catering sales or events experience
  • Experience with Delphi systems
  • Experience within a luxury hotel environment
