About The Position

Zaxbys is seeking an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Catering Manager to expand and oversee our catering operations across the Greenville and Spartanburg markets. As Catering Manager, you will lead revenue growth for Zaxbys catering in the Greenville and Spartanburg markets by building a reliable pipeline and executing events to brand standards. Key responsibilities include developing local catering sales, maintaining relationships with schools, businesses, churches, and community groups, and managing the end-to-end catering workflow from inquiry to delivery and on-site setup. You will also ensure order accuracy, timeliness, food safety, cleanliness, and guest-focused service; track performance against sales targets with clear reporting; and oversee catering inventory. When needed, you will recruit, train, and supervise catering team members. Your day typically begins by reviewing the catering calendar, confirming event details, and prioritizing time-sensitive orders. You will balance planned outreach with responsive communication, ensuring clients receive clear updates and accurate documentation. Midday often includes coordinating schedules and resources so multiple events can run in parallel without compromising standards. As service windows approach, you will stay close to execution—spot-checking details, resolving issues quickly, and confirming that each event concludes with a professional handoff. You will close out the day by reconciling notes, updating reports, and preparing next steps to maintain steady momentum across the market.
