Requirements

Proven experience in catering, event management, or hospitality leadership
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Budget management and cost control skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Minimum 3-5 years in Food and Beverage management in private club environment

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or culinary degree preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all catering events, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized catering solutions
Manage and supervise catering staff, including servers, bartenders, and banquet set up team
Ensure all events are delivered with high standards of service, quality, and professionalism
Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure smooth operations
Develop and manage budgets, pricing, and inventory for catering services
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and club policies
Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
