You’ll oversee all on-site catering operations across two floors of a corporate campus, ensuring every event runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum Management Experience - 1 year

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day catering and special events (70% / 30% split)
  • Own the full event lifecycle: Client intake & event detailing (via CaterTrax), Menu coordination with Chef, Vendor and rental coordination, Setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Deliver a white-glove experience for internal clients, including senior leadership
  • Partner with a designated client liaison to execute events flawlessly
  • Work hands-on with food prep and presentation, Deliveries and drop-off catering as needed
  • Coordinate off-site restaurant partnerships when applicable
  • Ensure all equipment, logistics, and timing are perfectly aligned
  • Lead a small, agile team: Catering Assistant, Utility Support Staff
