Restaurant Associates, a leading provider of dining and event catering, is seeking a Catering Key Operations Manager for Corporate Dining in NYC. This is a permanent position responsible for the successful execution of all catering events. The role involves supervising sales and event order communications, scheduling and training of service staff, planning, delivery, set-up, clean-up, and invoicing. The position may be assigned to a single account or support multiple accounts for large events, account retention, support, or coverage for leaves of absence.
