About The Position

Sifted is reimagining the office lunch hour by creating data-driven, experiential lunch programs for destination workplaces. We provide chef-made, hand-delivered lunches for high-growth, culture-centric companies. Sifted is seeking a customer experience-focused professional to deliver and serve lunch, and manage the on-site experience at client locations. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about pop-up events and dedicated to creating an exceptional event experience. This role requires the use of a personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance.

Requirements

  • Must have a personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance.
  • Must maintain ServSafe Food Handler card (company-paid).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, squat, and reach.
  • Successful completion of trust + safety checks including a criminal history check, a motor vehicle record check, identity verification, food safety certification verification, and at least two reference checks.

  • Some food service experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Detail-oriented and looks for ways to have a positive impact on the customer experience.
  • Loves working fast-paced events and interacting with guests.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Sifted lunch experience at the client’s location, ensuring every staff member is delighted.
  • Meet with the culinary team at the kitchen to learn the menu, pick up lunch, and deliver it to the client’s office.
  • Create an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client’s office using branded butcher paper and creativity.
  • Communicate the story of the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on the paper.
  • Collect feedback, including specific metrics, and report back to the Community Manager.
  • Suggest ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience.
