Proficiency in scheduling, booking, tracking, and updating meetings and events in internal software.
Ability to manage logistical and administrative details for high-profile client meetings, events, and conferences.
Accuracy in maintaining room reservations, event details, and scheduling information.
Skill in coordinating day-of event support.
Effective communication with internal partners.
Occasional weekend availability for administrative and on-site support.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for all catering inquiries, handling a high volume of administrative requests with professionalism and discretion.
Perform extensive administrative coordination, including scheduling, booking, tracking, and updating meetings and events in internal software.
Manage all logistical and administrative details related to high-profile client meetings, events, and conferences.
Ensure accuracy of room reservations, event details, and scheduling information, maintaining organized records and documentation.
Coordinate day-of event support to ensure meetings and events run smoothly and align with client expectations.
Communicate effectively with internal partners to support event execution and uphold the professional standards of the operation.
Provide occasional weekend administrative and on-site support for special client events as needed.
