About The Position
Meals Now is a white-glove catering delivery company trusted by national brands. Catering Delivery Drivers pick up large catering orders from premium restaurant partners and deliver and set up food at office buildings, hospitals, schools, and event venues. Drivers represent Meals Now and its restaurant partners through professional, punctual, and courteous service, follow delivery instructions carefully, and take clean setup photos at drop-off. This is an independent contractor delivery role focused exclusively on catering orders; fast food, grocery deliveries, and gig stacking are not part of the work. Drivers are paid per delivery, with payment made the next day via Gig safe.
Requirements
- Have a reliable car, van, or SUV; bikes and scooters are not accepted.
- Have catering bags or XXXL hot bags.
- Have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Have a smartphone with internet/data.
- Be available for weekday morning and lunch shifts; listed business hours are 8:00 AM–11:00 PM EST.
- Maintain a professional appearance; gym clothes, hoodies, and slides are not acceptable.
- Be comfortable with setup and light lifting.
- Be dependable and communicative, and take pride in the work.
