Requirements
- Five (5) years’ experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator with increasing responsibilities in a high-volume environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills, superior interpersonal skills with an acute sense of detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Experience with Hospitality Software, and Microsoft Office Programs
Nice To Haves
- Hotel knowledge preferred.
- College degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Performs a wide variety of administrative and secretarial tasks, as well as servicing Catering corporate and social events.
- Produce, update and distribute Catering Banquet Event Orders
- Manage Calendars, Site Itinerary, and Lead on Pre-Planning Vendor Sites
- Work with Banquets and Operational Departments executing events, on day of, and leading up to events
- Ownership, Organize and maintain the departmental filing system
- Perform other related duties as assigned
