About The Position

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for creating memorable events? Join our team as a Catering Coordinator and bring your energy and enthusiasm to help us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests! This role involves coordinating and executing all aspects of catering events, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up. You will work closely with clients to understand their event needs and provide personalized service throughout the planning process. Responsibilities include assisting in menu planning, coordinating with various departments (banquet, culinary, audiovisual), managing event timelines, contracts, and logistics, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also assist in the preparation of event orders and contribute to the success of the sales and catering team by achieving or exceeding revenue goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in event planning or catering coordination
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist in the preparation of event orders, setup sheets, and other necessary documentation
• Contribute to the success of the sales and catering team by achieving or exceeding revenue goals
