About The Position

Manage event timelines, contracts, and logistics to ensure smooth operations. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Assist in the preparation of event orders, setup sheets, and other necessary documentation. Contribute to the success of the sales and catering team by achieving or exceeding revenue goals. Requirements

• Previous experience in event planning or catering coordination
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
