This position assists customers by consulting on their catering needs, offering suggestions on menu items, and participating in scheduled catering events to ensure perfect execution. The role requires obtaining a food handling permit within the first 14 days of employment and a valid driver's license for deliveries. A minimum of six months of previous experience in catering or similar large group functions is required. Ongoing training and development as listed on the Cosentino’s Learning Plan must be completed. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
