About The Position
We are currently seeking a Catering Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in recipe development, scratch cooking, and cost management. Have a passion for presentation and guest/client satisfaction. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in planning software. Key responsibilities include expanding our offsite catering and takeout services, while increasing our on-premise full-service operations. We are looking for a professional who understands operational efficiencies and can manage space effectively to ensure simultaneous restaurant service and event needs are met without disruption. We have a decent calendar on the horizon and with the right additional team players can expand our opportunities for all.
