Culinaire has an opening for part-time CATERING CAPTAIN positions at the Saint Louis Art Museum Events. This role involves coordinating catering staff schedules to ensure all functions are delivered, served, and cleared in a timely fashion. The Catering Captain will also prepare and serve food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the Catering Director and may drive a truck to deliver food and beverages to catered functions. Culinaire provides upscale food and beverage management services to a diverse collection of national accounts, including art museums, cultural landmarks, hotels, performing theaters, restaurants, and special event venues.
