The Catering Bartender prepares and serves beverages to guests in the bar area in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. This role adheres to liquor regulations, sets up and stocks assigned bars, prepares garnishes, greets guests, takes and processes drink orders, checks identification, detects and acts upon guest inebriation, handles cash transactions, secures bank and product, performs cleaning tasks, arranges displays, washes stemware, and performs other assigned duties.
