About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Catering Bartender to join our team. The Catering Bartender will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the successful execution of catering events. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of cocktails and spirits, excellent communication and time-management skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Requirements

• Currently possess or willing to obtain Responsible Beverage Service Training ID number.
• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting, preferably in catering or banquet service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails and spirits, and the ability to make recommendations to guests
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar area and prepare the necessary ingredients and tools for serving drinks
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced environment
• Interact with guests, take orders, and recommend drinks based on their preferences
• Ensure that all drinks are prepared and served according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
• Assist with the cleaning and breakdown of the event venue after the event
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by the catering manager
