This role is for a Catering - Back of House position. The responsibilities include setting up and tearing down special events, preparing event supplies, operating a pallet jack, assembling bar cages, executing scullery needs, and general cleaning. The position also emphasizes providing extraordinary guest service, maintaining safety practices, and monitoring a secure environment. Team members will identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere. They will provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions. A high level of trust and integrity is required to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages. Other duties may be assigned.
