About The Position
The RiverCentre in downtown St. Paul is hiring immediately for a Catering Attendant. The Catering Attendant ensures food and beverage safety, quality and consistency while providing excellent guest service during events.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk throughout a shift, and lift and carry 40 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Some related experience or training in a high-volume, high energy, upscale food and beverage environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensures proper set up and break down of all necessary equipment for an event.
- Collects and transports food from the kitchen to serving stations and event rooms.
- Performs basic food and beverage preparation such as brewing coffee, tossing salads, and popping popcorn.
- Busses tables and completes event clean up.
- Loads and unloads trucks for offsite catering events.
